Unapologetically (In)authentic
Life is not just about the ‘big moments,’ it’s about the small moments in between, too. It is often in the smallest things that we get a glimpse of the bigger picture. I am a graphic designer and an industrial designer. But first and foremost, I am a designer whose principal focus is people. I am intrigued by small, seemingly mundane moments. The world is constantly being divided and redivided along various lines. The concept behind Unapologetically (In)authentic is to create a space for different kinds of people to find common ground: the contemporary human experience. My design work enacts in-between moments common to us all, producing small moments of reflection and empathy. Moments of utmost importance when we recognize that we’re not so different after all.
